At Vyvamind, we stand behind our premium nootropic supplement with a 30-day performance guarantee.
Return Process
You have 30 days from receipt of your Vyvamind order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging, unused with safety seal intact, and accompanied by your proof of purchase. To start your return, simply email hello@sapnutra.com. Once approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.
Quality Assurance
While Vyvamind undergoes rigorous third-party testing and is manufactured in cGMP certified facilities, we ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at hello@sapnutra.com if you receive damaged products, incorrect items, or products with broken seals.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles of Vyvamind, products without original safety seals, or products purchased from unauthorized sellers. Remember, Vyvamind is only available through our official website to ensure you receive authentic, third-party tested product.
Refund Processing
Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the product and notify you once the inspection is complete. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow your financial institution 5-10 business days to process the refund.
Multiple Bottle Orders
If you've purchased a multi-bottle package, any unused, sealed bottles can be returned within the 30-day window for a prorated refund.
